DC Homeland Security & Emergency Management — April 17, 2026
No FY2026 DHS/FEMA appropriation has been enacted as of this date. DC HSEMA urges all prospective applicants to begin preparing immediately using FY2025 materials. Once the NOFO drops, the application window will be extremely compressed. Priority action: complete your facility's security/risk assessment.
Utah DEM (Division of Emergency Management) — April 30, 2026
DHS government shutdown has ended. FEMA State Administrative Agency (SAA) officers are returning to active duty. No NOFO release date has been announced yet for FY2026 — monitoring continues.
